“They” say weight loss is 20% exercise and 80% diet, and while that may be true, if you want to tone up your curves or burn fat by gaining muscle, you’ve got to work out! Workout motivation is needed as I work my paleo diet – I’m eating quite a bit of protein and fat, so I need to turn it into muscle at the gym so that muscle can burn up my fat. Not all of it, I love being curvy, but when practically every piece of your wardrobe is too tight, it’s time to get to work! The girls pictured are amazing workout inspiration for me because they are not stick skinny, but you can tell they are toned but still have some curves. Time to work it!
